AXIS Sentinel is the security, observability, evidence and resilience layer of the AXIS ecosystem. It observes AXIS services and the Cloudflare infrastructure beneath them, enforces the boundaries between tenants, preserves what happened, and coordinates recovery when something goes wrong.

It works alongside AXIS COLOSSEUM, which owns backup, continuity, recovery and preservation. Sentinel protects and observes; COLOSSEUM preserves and enables recovery. The two coordinate and stay distinct.
